Remote Management Center Manager

The Remote Management Center (RMC) Manager - Nights & Weekends is responsible for helping to manage the daily operation of the remote management customer care center during evening and weekend shifts. The RMC Manager will assist the Senior Manager of the RMC in training, motivating, coaching, and scheduling each member of the RMC. The RMC Manager will also utilize RMC data to advise on and execute new operational procedures throughout the organization and in the field. The RMC Manager will work closely with our operation teams to ensure that established policies and procedures maintain compliance between field operations and on-site operations.

Minimum Job qualifications

  • Associates degree and/or relevant experience & certifications in related field

  • Previous experience managing 1-5 indirect employees

  • Basic IT understanding with ability to learn & adapt quickly

  • Familiar with parking equipment and parking related technology

  • Must be comfortable in fast paced, ever changing work environment

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
